Summary

Design and deliver engaging lectures and seminars across core business management topics (e.g., strategy,operations, leadership, marketing, or finance)• Facilitate interactive seminars and workshops that encourage critical thinking, discussion, and real-worldapplication• Develop, update, and refine curriculum content and course materials in line with current industry trends andacademic standards• Set, mark, and provide constructive feedback on assignments, exams, and coursework in a timely manner• Provide academic mentorship and pastoral support to students, guiding their personal and professionaldevelopment• Participate in course/programme development, quality assurance, and accreditation processes• Engage in departmental meetings, moderation, and external examiner liaison as required• Stay current with developments in business management theory and practice to keep teaching contentrelevant
