👶 What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing planning and delivery of activities in line with EYFS
Leading, supporting, and developing a team of practitioners
Acting as key person and main point of contact for parents in your room
Monitoring children's progress and maintaining accurate records
Championing a happy, safe, and high-quality environment
✅ What You'll Need (Essential)
✔️ Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, BTEC, CACHE, or equivalent)
✔️ At least 1 year's experience in an early years setting (leadership/room experience desirable)
✔️ Paediatric First Aid trained
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
✔️ Right to work in the UK
