Looking to take the next step into leadership? A highly regarded nursery in London is seeking an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to guide and inspire their room team, while giving children the best possible start. 👑
👶 What You'll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners within your room
Planning and overseeing engaging, EYFS-aligned activities
Acting as key person for a group of children, tracking progress closely
Liaising confidently with parents/carers and the wider nursery team
Supporting the room's day-to-day operations and standards
✅ What You'll Need (Essential)
✔️ Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, BTEC, CACHE, or equivalent)
✔️ At least 1 year's experience in an early years setting (leadership/room experience desirable)
✔️ Paediatric First Aid trained
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
✔️ Right to work in the UK
