👶 What You'll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with EYFS
Observing and supporting each child's unique developmental journey
Maintaining a safe, happy, and stimulating environment
Collaborating with a supportive team and communicating warmly with families
Championing every child's individuality and progress
✅ What You'll Need (Essential)
✔️ Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, BTEC, CACHE, or equivalent)
✔️ At least 1 year's experience working in an early years setting
✔️ Paediatric First Aid trained
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
✔️ Right to work in the UK
