Summary
Support Worker
Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in the Amesbury area!
This is a temporary role, as an Agency Support Worker, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area.
Here you will be supporting individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities. You will follow support plans to ensure you can deliver the very best person centred care, always promoting choice as your number one priority.
Job Role:
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
