Are you a caring, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker looking for flexible agency work? We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our growing team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with a range of needs in Blackwood.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks, while respecting individual needs, preferences, and choices.

Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce social isolation.

Support individuals to maintain and develop independence by enabling access to community activities, social events, and appointments.

Work effectively with individuals who may present behaviours of concern, responding with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure a safe and positive environment.

Encourage and empower clients to achieve their personal goals and aspirations, promoting confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 6 months’ UK-based care or support experience.

A caring, patient, and professional approach to supporting others.

Strong reliability and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends where required.
