About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking

Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

The role will involve

light picking and packing duties, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. As accuracy is incredibly important to us, you will need to be organised, methodical and able to follow instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out light picking and packing of products

• Accurately pick items according to orders and instructions

• Check products and quantities carefully before packing

• Ensure all goods are packed correctly and ready for dispatch

• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area

• Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines

• Work efficiently as part of a team

• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods or issues to the appropriate person

• Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Be able to follow instructions and work accurately

• Have a positive attitude and good work ethic

• Be comfortable working as part of a team

• Be organised and able to work at a steady pace

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but

full training can be provided
