Summary

As a Registered Nurse within the team, you will be regularly supported and supervised by a nominated Registered Nurse, and you will be encouraged and supported to take personal responsibility for clinical supervision and your continued professional development plan. The post holder will exercise professional accountability and responsibility using skills, knowledge and expertise as outlined within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and policies and procedures. (If the post holder is new to the NMC register they will undertake a period of preceptorship overseen by a named Preceptor within your team and engage in the trusts Preceptorship programme).
