Summary
Fleet Administrator (Motor Claims) - Oxford
At Huws Gray, we're looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our Transport Team. Based in Cowley, Oxfordshire, you will provide support to the Business’ company car and commercial fleets to ensure we deliver a safe, efficient and legal fleet.
What you'll be doing:
Monitoring the progress of a claim(s) through to settlement
Actively reducing 3rd party costs in conjunction with any involved motor insurer
Information gathering to contribute towards claims settlement or defence
Identifying reasons why a full payment of a claim should be made and raising concerns over potential fraudulent activity
Creating business cases for potential total loss /uneconomical repairs vs asset value
Uninsured loss recovery processes and payment capture.
Create monthly stats on motor claims and costs to transport management
Ordering and processing of company vehicle fuel cards
Processing of Penalty Charge Notices
General transport administration
What you'll bring:
Previous experience in a transport environment with excellent administration skills
