Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care while working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. You will provide high-quality adult neurosurgical care across elective and emergency services, with a specialist role within the Pituitary and Skull Base multidisciplinary services, including operating, outpatient clinics, on-call cover and MDT participation. They will provide clinical leadership in education, training, audit and research, supporting the development of trainees and colleagues while contributing to service innovation and continuous improvement. The postholder will also contribute actively to clinical governance, departmental leadership and the ongoing development and profile of the Pituitary and Skull Base service through collaboration, research, publications and professional engagement.
