Summary
Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent warehouse service delivery manager to join a busy and expanding warehousing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in warehousing or logisitcs, be driven, organised and computer literate.
The role:
• Provide direct customer service via Email and phone to existing customers
• Assistant planning of Delivery runs and Inbound shipments.
• Able to use a computer effectively and comfortable managing emails and spreadsheets .
• Assist warehouse Shift Managers in leading the teams and preparing for upcoming cycles regarding Inbound shipments due in and staffing levels weekly, ensuring all customer requests are covered and serviced and planned into the deliveries
• Make sure our inbound and Outbound KPI's are met each cycle .
• Planning teams out of inbound days for extra work to be carried and special requests.
Hours of work:
We currently have 2 seperate shift patterns available.
1st - Saturday , Sunday and Monday 09:30- 21:30
2nd - Wednesday , Thursday , Friday - 09:30 - 21:30
These are fixed shifts - you will no rotate.
Rate of pay:
£20.40 per hour - 33 hours.
