Summary
To play a key role in supporting the daily running of our residential home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person‑centred care. lead by example on shift, guiding care staff, promoting dignity and independence, and maintaining high standards of practice. The responsibilities include delivering hands‑on care, administering medication, updating care plans, monitoring wellbeing, and communicating effectively with families and professionals. Act as a point of support for junior staff, helping with training, problem‑solving, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed, contribute to a warm, homely environment where residents feel valued, respected, and supported.
