What you will bring to the role KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications GSCEs or Equivalent in Maths and English Experience Previous Clerical Experience (desirable) Previous Reception/Customer Care Experience (desirable) IT Skills/computer literate. Working within a fast-paced office environment (desirable) Special Knowledge Insight into role and responsibilities of post Be fully conversant with Medical Records policies and procedures and have complete understanding of standards to be achieved. Be aware of key indicators and service level agreements within the department. Disposition / Attitude Willing to undergo job training as required on a range of Patient Administration and other Systems. Able to work on own initiative, within agreed departmental guidelines Committed to working collaboratively with colleagues and shareholders Professional attitude Practical Skills Good interpersonal skills Effectively communicate with patients and team members Able to multitask in a busy environment Prioritising and managing your workload.
