Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring immaculate standards, engaged teams and seamless service delivery.
The Person:
- An experienced housekeeping leader with a passion for luxury standards
- Highly organised, calm and confident in managing daily operations
- A supportive people-manager who motivates and develops teams
- Detail-driven with strong quality and performance focus
- Flexible and adaptable to meet operational demands
The Role:
- Supervise housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and support Room Attendants, Linen and Public Area teams
- Drive productivity, engagement and service excellence
- Uphold health, safety, security and brand standards
- Support team development and succession planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate daily resources to meet service demands
- Monitor quality, productivity and departmental performance
- Coach and support team members during peak operational periods
- Ensure guest requests are responded to promptly and professionally
- Maintain compliance with systems, procedures and sustainability practices.
