This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join a nursery team.

You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a nursery setting while completing your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification through supported training.

You will receive structured learning, tutor support and ongoing guidance from experienced Early Years practitioners, helping you develop the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in childcare.

This apprenticeship offers practical experience, a recognised qualification and a clear route towards long-term employment and career progression.

The Role

You will support the nursery team in providing high-quality care, education and learning opportunities for young children.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting play-based learning activities

Helping children develop socially and emotionally

Supporting daily routines, including meals and outdoor activities

Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating environment

Supporting children's learning and development

Learning how to observe and assess children's progress

Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners

Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures

You will gradually build your confidence, knowledge and responsibility as your skills develop.
