TeacherActive is proud to be working with private day nurseries across Leeds & Bradford who are looking for Early Years Assistants to support their teams. The settings provide welcoming and engaging environments where children can learn, develop and build their confidence through age-appropriate activities.
The Early Years Assistant roles offer a variety of working hours, including part-time, full-time and day-to-day opportunities to suit candidates looking for greater flexibility. The successful Early Years Assistant will support children throughout the nursery day, assisting with activities, routines and creating a safe and positive environment for learning and development.
The successful Early Years Assistant will have:

Previous experience working within a school or nursery setting
•
A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
•
Strong communication and teamwork skills
•
Reliability and adaptability
•
A caring and patient approach
