About the role

We're looking for

creative, energetic and compassionate Support Workers to join our Worcester team, supporting

four individuals (two women and two men aged 20s-80s) with Angelman Syndrome, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and epilepsy.

This is a lively and highly interactive service where no two days are the same. You'll provide

1:1 and 2:1 support, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing while creating engaging, meaningful experiences.

Who you will be supporting

The people you'll support love:

Music, lively environments and social interaction

Theatre, live music and busy, engaging settings

- Adventures like zip wires, swimming and hydro pools

- Shopping trips, eating out, and enjoying favourite treats

- Using Makaton or personalised signs to communicate their needs

They thrive with staff who can

match their energy, think creatively and join in with their passions.

What you will be doing

- Providing

personal care and supporting daily routines

- Using

hoists and manual handling equipment (for 3 individuals)

- Supporting

wheelchair users and mobility needs

- Preparing meals and supporting feeding

- Administering medication (including epilepsy and Buccal protocols)

- Supporting communication using non-verbal cues and Makaton

- Encouraging participation in activities and creating fun experiences

- Working as part of a committed and supportive team

Shift patterns

This is a flexible role with varied shifts, such as:

8:00am - 4:00pm

-

1:00pm - 9:00pm

-

3:00pm - 11:00pm + sleep-in (finishing 1:00pm next day)

Sleep-ins required (£50 paid to sleep)

Rotas provided in advance to support work-life balance.

About you

You'll be a great fit if you are:

manual driver with a full UK licence

Experience preferred, but

full training provided.
