Summary
Sous Chef
Sous Chef required for this independent restaurant serving delicious well thought out food created from fresh seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant serves 40 – 50 covers through the week and up to 100 at the weekends and has a team of well trained chefs
A Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organising daily prep between the team and cooking during service.
The restaurant has regular closing hours so time off is guaranteed allowing a good work life balance
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Bath, Bradford upon Avon, Trowbridge, Melksham, Chippenham or possibly Bristol

Base Salary of £40,000 (depending upon experience)
