We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Worcestershire. Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner throughout the day

- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

- Explain and discuss finance options with customers in detail

- Match customers' requirements and budgets to suitable vehicles

- Contribute to achieving demanding sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and market trends

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or within a similar automotive sales role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Professional approach with excellent organisational skills

- Valid UK driving licence
