We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Scunthorpe for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician. This opportunity aims to attract experienced professionals dedicated to maintaining high standards of vehicle servicing and repair. The Vehicle Technician will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while working within a well-established, high-performing team at a prestigious dealership.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance, including diagnostic and warranty work

- Perform repairs and replace components such as oil filters, cambelts, and more

- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in accordance with manufacturer standards

- Complete digital write-ups and job cards accurately and efficiently

- Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks undertaken

- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operations

- Engage in continuous skill development through manufacturer training and support

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Recognised Level 3 qualification such as IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with familiarity in warranty and servicing work

- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail

- Commitment to safety and quality in every aspect of work

- MOT licence is advantageous; full training can be provided to suitable individuals

- Enthusiasm for learning and career growth within the motor trade environment
