Summary

Our client, a leading Used Car Supermarket in Derbyshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their expanding workshop team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled vehicle technician to work within a modern and fully equipped facility, delivering first-class service and repairs. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and comprehensive vehicle health checks

- Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

- Complete mechanical repairs across a wide range of makes and models

- Prepare used vehicles to a high retail standard

- Carry out MOT testing where qualified

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards

- Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation

- Collaborate with team members to maintain workshop productivity and quality

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic

- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- MOT licence is advantageous but not essential

- Full UK driving licence
