Summary
Looking for a reliable forklift role with regular hours, ongoing work, and the opportunity to secure a long-term position? We’re currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a leading fresh produce supplier in Nottingham.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive warehouse team, working in a busy environment where safe forklift operation, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing storage areas, and helping to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
The role is fast-paced, so you’ll need to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
At least 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
A valid Counterbalance FLT licence with practical operating experience
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting items up to 10kg
A willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions
A positive and reliable approach to work
A strong commitment to Health and Safety
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver looking for dependable hours and ongoing work with the potential for long-term employment.
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts are available Monday to Sunday, allowing you to choose a working pattern that suits your availability.
Available shifts include:
8:00pm – 4:30am (Night Shift)
6:00am – 2:00pm (Morning Shift)
Pay and Benefits:
£12.81 per hour
Flexible Monday to Sunday shifts
Regular, ongoing work
Up to 28 days’ paid holiday pro rata
Long-term opportunities available
