Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in that experience. Every spotless lodge and perfectly prepared room reflects the pride
and professionalism of our team.

Due to our countryside location, there is NO public transport to or from the resort.
The Role
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will help ensure our lodges and resort facilities
are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
This role would particularly suit:
* Experienced cleaners or housekeepers
* Self-employed cleaners seeking regular, dependable hours
* Individuals who take genuine pride in high standards and attention to detail
Your work will directly impact our guests’ experience — and we truly value the professionalism and reliability that experienced
cleaners bring.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service lodges to a high standard
* Work to daily arrival/departure lists to prioritise lodge cleaning
* Prepare individual laundry bags with bedding and towels
* Restock guest supplies (toilet roll, hand wash, etc.)
* Report maintenance issues, faults, and damages promptly
* Use and store cleaning materials safely
* Maintain good communication with other departments
* Handle cleaning-related complaints professionally
* Be flexible and assist with other duties when needed

About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 1 year of cleaning/housekeeping experience (preferred)
* Be reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively
* Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
* Take pride in delivering consistently high standards
* Have a positive, can-do attitude
