ABOUT THE ROLE As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the nursing team in the delivery of patient-centred care across the ward environment. You'll assist with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical duties, helping patients maintain their comfort, dignity and independence while contributing to the smooth running of the department.
