Summary
Juice Hospitality is recruiting for an established coastal hotel in Cornwall. We are looking for a calm, capable Night Supervisor Duty Manager to oversee the property overnight and provide an excellent experience for guests.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the overnight operation
• Welcoming late arrivals and assisting early departures
• Completing the night audit and administrative duties
• Handling guest enquiries and concerns
• Carrying out security and floor checks
• Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Preparing a thorough handover for the daytime team
