Hi, I am a woman in my late 50s who enjoys many interests and hobbies, especially arts and crafts. I am a full time wheelchair user and use a hoist for all transfers. I am looking for friendly and supportive PAs to provide cover during the week.

I am looking for cover on Thursdays from 5:30pm to to 8:30pm (but I can be a little bit flexible for this shift). This would be to assist with my hobbies and support with my bedtime routine and I would prefer a female PA for this role.

I am also looking for cover for every other Friday from 3pm to 5pm to assist with toileting and meal preparation and this role is open to all.

On an employed basis with holiday entitlement, the pay rate would be £12.71 and on a self employed basis, the pay rate is £18.85 per hour.

Duties include:

- Moving and handling

- Other relevant duties as required

- Cooking

- Companionship

- Dressing / undressing

- Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest and cheerful

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
