Summary

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality HR service that makes a real difference across the organisation.

Working closely with managers across the organisation, you'll provide practical HR advice and support on a wide range of people matters, including recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change. You'll also play an important role in maintaining our HR systems, producing workforce information, and supporting the development of our people practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing as a well-rounded HR professional. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with managers, influence people practices and contribute to projects that support organisational success.
