Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive primary school environment?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Knowsley on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lead-up to SATs and support pupils during a crucial stage of their primary education.

The Role

- Supporting the Year 6 class teacher with daily classroom activities

- Delivering targeted interventions in English and Maths

- Providing 1:1 and small group support where required

- Assisting with SATs preparation and booster sessions

- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and academic progress

- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
