We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Technical Services team to deliver high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance across client sites based primarily in West Cumbria. If you are driven to ensure building systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:
-carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services. Responsibilities include fault‑finding, diagnosis and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting and general plant.
-support basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing and basic fabric works.
-You will also be included in the on-call rota.
-You will have strong electrical fault‑finding and maintenance experience, ideally gained within facilities management, commercial, or industrial building services environments.
-All work must be completed in full compliance with BS 7671, Mitie technical standards, client and statutory requirements, with job progress and documentation accurately maintained
Qualifications:
Level 2 & Level 3 Diplomas: E.g., City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation, or
NVQ Level 3: E.g., Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services or Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment.
AM2 Assessment: The Achievement Measurement 2 practical test for electrotechnical competence.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations: Certification in BS 7671.
