We're looking for an experienced

Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester HQ and take ownership of a

full 360 education recruitment desk.

You'll have the freedom to recruit across

daily supply, long-term and permanent education staffing, developing your own school and Multi-Academy Trust relationships while building a profitable candidate network.

And we're not hiring someone just to sit on a desk forever.

We want someone capable of building a business within our business.

What we're looking for

We're not looking for somebody who needs to be taught recruitment from scratch.

You'll already understand education recruitment and what it takes to develop a successful desk.

You'll be comfortable:

• Winning new school and Trust business

• Developing existing client relationships

• Running high-volume BD campaigns

• Building candidate pipelines

• Negotiating rates and terms

• Managing temporary and supply bookings

• Developing long-term and permanent business

• Working to ambitious revenue targets

• Taking complete ownership of your market

Most importantly,

you'll be commercially hungry.

We want someone who enjoys picking up the phone, enjoys winning business and gets a buzz from turning a cold school into a long-term client.
