Summary
This job is being advertised for 4 clinical sessions. Sessions are made up of 18 booked patients. These can be a combination of F2F and telephone consultations. Emergency home visits as required, routine home visits for frailty patients and care home rounds. Additional duties: General admin including referrals, correspondence, lab results, prescriptions and document processing. One duty doctor session per week dealing with on the day appointments, queries and emergencies. Attendance at practice meetings and training as and when appropriate Contract/QOF/audit work as and when required. Extended Hours sessions as required Mandatory Training
