Production Operative - Corby

Shift Patterns:
* 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, working any 4 days out of 7.
* Overtime is available during peak periods.
Pay Rates:
* 12.71 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is required due to the location of the site.
Skills and qualifications for Production Operative:
* Basic English level.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential.
* Good communication skills.
* Proactive attitude.
Role responsibilities for Production Operative:
* Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.
* Produce, label, pack, and palletise products correctly to specification.
* Meet despatch times and maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene.
* Comply with site security and work flexibly across departments when required.
