Location: Leeds

Salary: £29,588 per annum pro Rata £16.26 per hour

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised

Personal Assistant to support the

Director and Deputy Director of Advancement within a busy and fast-paced professional services environment.

This role is ideal for a proactive PA who enjoys managing complex workloads, working independently, and providing high-level support to senior leaders. You will play a key role in ensuring the Directors' time is managed effectively while supporting a range of projects and leadership activities across the Advancement team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of two senior directors' busy and complex diaries.
  • High-volume inbox management, responding and actioning communications on behalf of directors where appropriate.
  • Preparing briefing notes, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliation.
  • Organising and supporting leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Providing diary support to the Head of Transformational & Major Gifts.
  • Maintaining accurate digital filing systems and improving administrative processes.
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues,

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Significant PA or Executive Assistant experience supporting senior managers within a busy office environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using CRM systems such as
  • Raiser's Edge.

  • Experience using workflow or project management tools such as
  • Trello.
