Summary
One Way are looking for an experienced Groundworks Gang for a busy project in the Wimborne area.
Ideally, we are looking for an established gang consisting of:
1 x Machine Operator.
2 x Groundworkers.
The gang must have good all-round groundworks experience, particularly drainage, excavations and general groundworks.
The Machine Operator must be hands-on and willing to get out of the machine and assist the Groundworkers when required. This is a team-based role rather than a machine-only position.
Requirements:
Machine Operator with appropriate valid CPCS or NPORS ticket.
Groundworkers with valid CSCS cards.
Strong drainage and general groundworks experience.
Full PPE.
Good understanding of site health and safety.
Reliable and able to work effectively as a team.
Rates:
Machine Operator: £23.00 per hour.
Groundworkers: £21.50 per hour.
Good continuity of work available for the right gang.
Established gangs are welcome to apply together.
