Supported Accommodation Project Coordinator (Job Ref 26-54)

Salary – £29,757 per annum

37 hours per week

Permanent Contract - Based in Paignton

We are seeking a proactive and energetic coordinator to lead a small team in the supporting of vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 through their journey to independence. You will manage the day to day coordination of the staff, quality of support, and housing management of the project in conjunction with colleagues.

The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the project.

We are looking for someone who holds a Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or is prepared to complete this required qualification. The course provides essential knowledge of housing services, legislation, and best practice, while developing a broader understanding of how organisations like ours operate across the housing sector.
