Post: Care Worker / Personal Assistant

Location: Maddiston, Falkirk

Hours: 2X PT posts- 12 hours a week and 18 hours a week (hours available Monday- Friday)

Rate of Pay: £13.60 per hour Gross

Description:

44 year old male wheelchair user with Down Syndrome who loves arts and crafts looking for Personal Assistants to aid with Social Support Activities.

Tasks will include:

Assisting the supported person with accessing activities in the community

Any other duties commensurate with the role of Care Worker / Personal Assistant

Driving Licence not essential but desirable

Applicants must have membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) and be willing to share this information with the employer.

This is not a skilled worker vacancy and does not offer sponsorship to work in the UK.
