Summary

Working within our warehouse team as an Apprentice, you will learn the full day-to-day warehouse process while being trained and supported day to day by our Warehouse Supervisor.

Duties include:

- Locating and moving stock

- Picking and packing customer orders

- Checking quality, preparing parcels for dispatch

- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries

- Putting stock into the correct locations

- Assisting with stock counts

- Maintaining clean and organised work areas

- Learning our product preparation and packing processes

£8.00 starting rate; planned reviews at 8 weeks (£9.00) and 16 weeks (£10.00), subject to satisfactory performance, attendance, timekeeping and Apprenticeship progress.

What your apprenticeship includes:

- You won't need to attend college, our apprenticeships are delivered through work based training which includes a mixture of face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You will also have a mentor within the workplace to support you.

- Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach including feedback sessions.

At AVATA LIMITED you will be working towards a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
