Summary

Responsible for overseeing UKVI Sponsor Licence compliance and supporting the company in meeting its Home Office sponsorship duties.

Key responsibilities include overseeing sponsorship activities and the Sponsorship Management System (SMS), maintaining accurate sponsored worker and right-to-work records, monitoring immigration and compliance requirements, ensuring relevant changes are reported to UKVI within required timescales, maintaining records in accordance with Home Office requirements, and helping ensure the company remains prepared for UKVI compliance checks.

The successful candidate will also monitor changes to Home Office sponsor guidance, carry out regular compliance reviews, identify and escalate potential compliance issues, and work with management to maintain effective sponsorship and HR compliance systems.
