What does the day of a Unit Manager look like?
* Provide day to day leadership of the service and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
* Work individually and as part of a team, assisting the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service.
* Provide day to day clinical leadership of a designated area and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
* Offer a safe, caring and stable environment to those we support.
* Comply with Safeguarding and Adult Protection procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture.
* Make a significant contribution to operating a compliant service in respect of all relevant legislation and regulation
* Adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times
* Promote and ensure the good reputation of the company at all times
* Always act in a professional manner, operating with integrity, respecting individuals and maintaining confidentiality.
