Summary

What You'll Do:

Teaching & Student Development:

- Deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons for children in a welcoming and inspiring environment.

- Support students' artistic development, personalise their progress, and help build confidence and creativity.

Studio Community & Communication:

- Build strong relationships with students and parents through excellent communication.

- Support local engagement and work with our central marketing team to raise studio awareness.

- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and studio presentation.

What support you’d have:

- Our central team includes 15 individuals who provide support with bookings, customer service, HR and finance to every studio. This enables each person to focus on their specialism: teaching, customer interactions, studio operations and leadership.
