Summary
Manage a 32 bedded care home
Provide personal care to elderly residents some with dementia.
Administer Medication to 32 Residents as required
Deal with visiting professionals and assist them with their investigations.
Be welcoming and polite to all visiting relatives
Update all records for the shift and delegate duties to other carers
Ensure all work expected to be done in the shift is carried out to the highest quality
Be aware what action to take in emergencies
Complete all tasks listed in the QA grid every month
