Duties
Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of outboard engines to identify mechanical issues.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble engine components using hand tools and power tools with precision and care.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend engine lifespan and enhance performance reliability.
Test engines on test stands or in water to verify repairs, tune-ups, and overall functionality.
Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex mechanical problems and improve existing engine designs.
Follow safety protocols rigorously during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
