Summary

To provide practical, emotional and early-help support to children, young people, parents and carers accessing Youth Matters New Mills CIC services.

The postholder will work directly with families to build positive relationships, improve wellbeing, reduce isolation, and support families to access appropriate services and opportunities within the community.

The role will support the delivery and development of the organisation’s town centre family support hub and wider community support services.
