Summary

Are you looking to play a key role in a high-profile transformation programme with organisation-wide impact?

Do you thrive in environments where governance, planning, reporting and analysis are critical to successful delivery?

Can you connect the dots between risks, resources, milestones and programme performance?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join the Mining Remediation Authority and help deliver our Business Systems Replacement (BSR) Programme, one of the most significant transformation programmes in our organisation. The programme will replace core business systems and help modernise how we plan, manage and deliver our services for years to come.

Working at the heart of the programme, you'll provide the governance, assurance, reporting and programme controls that support effective decision-making and successful delivery. You'll work closely with programme leaders, business stakeholders, subject matter experts and external suppliers to maintain a clear and accurate picture of programme performance, identifying emerging risks, challenging assumptions and providing insight that drives action.

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a major ERP implementation. You'll be involved in programme governance, planning, risk and dependency management, change control, financial and resource tracking, business cases, benefits realisation and programme reporting.

We're looking for someone who has:

- PMO experience gained within a major transformation, ERP implementation or complex change environment

- Strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge and influence constructively

- Experience working with programme governance, RAID management, reporting and planning activities

- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills

- The ability to turn complex information into meaningful insight that supports decision-making

In return, you'll have the opportunity to help shape a high-profile programme, work alongside experienced programme professionals and play a key role in delivering change that will have a lasting impact across the Mining Remediation Authority.
