This is an excellent chance for an experienced sales management professional to lead a dedicated team of Sales Executives, driving performance and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The Business Manager role involves overseeing daily operations, coaching sales teams, and developing targeted sales strategies aligned with market trends.

- Salary of £25,000 per annum, with uncapped OTE exceeding £60,000 based on sales performance

- Regular work hours: 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with scheduled days off during the week and alternate weekends off

- Saturday hours: 9:00am-5:00pm; Sunday hours: 11:00am-4:30pm

Duties of the Business Manager:

- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to consistently meet and surpass sales targets

- Champion customer satisfaction by implementing best practices and valuing feedback

- Organise and deliver engaging sales events and promotional campaigns

- Analyse customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate customer data management

- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and set an example as a role model for the brand

- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and promote a positive working environment

Requirements of the Business Manager:

- Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved car dealership

- Preferably familiar with a busy brand or small to medium-sized dealership environments

- Strong F&I background is advantageous

- Recent or current experience in a similar sales management role

- Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example

- UK driving licence with minimal points

- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach
