Summary

Full Time - 35 hours per week,
Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual t
o work in our busy Lomond Area Team, dealing with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the Associations services.
The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 Standard grades or equivalent and to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff and contractors therefore organisational, administrative and communication skills are key.
