We're looking for an experienced and passionate Service Lead to join us on a permanent, full-time basis (39 hours per week).

As Service Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading our largest Housing Support service in Peterhead.

Working as part of a supportive management team, you’ll provide strong leadership, coaching and direction to your team, ensuring the people we support receive consistently high-quality, person-centred support.

Reporting to our Associate Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Lead and develop a dedicated team of Lead Practitioners and Support Practitioners

Drive continuous improvement across the service

Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred support

Ensure the people we support are empowered to achieve their goals, develop their independence and live the life they choose

Work collaboratively with other Service Leads and Lead Practitioners within the branch to share learning and best practice

Build positive relationships with colleagues, families, professionals and the wider community

Take on Registered Manager responsibilities, providing an opportunity to further develop your leadership experience

This is a role where your leadership will have a direct and meaningful impact.

Our purpose-built facility in Peterhead, supports 11 people with learning disabilities, each living in their own self-contained flat.
