TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School in Mansfield who are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher. The school provides education across KS1 and KS2 and is looking for a Primary Teacher who can contribute positively to the wider school community while maintaining high expectations for pupil learning, behaviour and progress.
The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a permanent basis from September, with the successful applicant taking responsibility for planning, preparing and leading engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum. The Primary Teacher will also be expected to assess and monitor pupil progress, maintain effective classroom management, differentiate learning where required and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure pupils receive a consistent and supportive learning experience.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
- QTS, with ECTs also welcomed to apply
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school
- A strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum across KS1 and KS2
- Excellent classroom management and the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Strong planning, assessment and communication skills
- A professional, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
