Summary

Monitor and record compliance of in-house and contractor-led services against key regulatory and guidance frameworks, including HTMs, HBNs, SFG20, and ACOP L8. Communicate highly complex compliance failures or statutory breaches to senior management and external regulators, requiring developed persuasive and reassurance skills to overcome significant barriers to acceptance. Responsible for adapting and designing information systems to meet the evolving needs of the Estates and Facilities department, ensuring integration with Trust-wide compliance and reporting requirements. Assist in the collation and verification of data for the NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM) and Trust internal compliance dashboards.
