Branch Supervisor – Fishponds Branch

Salary £30,839.00 plus overtime, bonus and benefits

Your Role:

As Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation and performance of the branch. Working closely with the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 Supporting the achievement of branch sales, profit and performance targets

 Assisting in the day-to-day supervision of the branch and driving best practice standards

 Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships

 Managing and developing customer accounts

 Providing counter and telephone sales support

 Processing payments, operating tills and completing reconciliations

 Supporting stock control and inventory management

 Supervising and motivating branch colleagues

 Promoting and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance

 Supporting the efficient planning and coordination of branch transport operations
